Jones Lowndes Dwyer LLP was formed in January 2005 by Ian Jones, John Lowndes and Claire Dwyer to provide insolvency and corporate finance solutions to corporate clients.
Ian Jones and Claire Dwyer formed the insolvency team, whilst John Lowndes headed up the Corporate finance department. In 2007 it was decided that the business should focus on insolvency, and John Lowndes left for pastures new within the corporate finance world.
Since starting to trade in 2005 the insolvency team has dealt with over 200 different cases. These ranging from small owner managed businesses to companies with in excess of three hundred employees to plc’s.
Our ethos is to treat every client as an individual then to create and provide bespoke, partner led solutions to difficult problems.
